My client is an independent creative agency located in Central London, we are looking for a Senior Account Director to join a growing team. You'll work closely with a range of clients from sectors including retail and FMCG.
About the role:
As a Senior Account Director, you'll act as the strategic lead for your clients, developing a deep understanding of their business and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You'll be a trusted advisor and proactive problem solver, able to juggle complex briefs and tight deadlines, while keeping communication sharp and clear. Internally, you'll inspire and guide creative, copy, and strategy teams, ensuring every brief is met.
What you'll do:
* Lead key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with UK and international clients
* Work across integrated campaigns with a retail centric focus: POS, instore print, CRM, customer loyalty
* Develop and deliver strategic plans that align with client goals and drive business growth
* Prepare motivating briefs for creative teams and oversee delivery of exceptional work
* Manage budgets, timelines and resources efficiently and transparently
* Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts and drive revenue
* Negotiate scopes and costs confidently
* Mentor junior team members, offering support and guidance
What we're looking for:
* Beneficial: retail clients and loyalty CRM campaigns
* Experience in an agency environment, ideally working with retail or fast-moving consumer brands
* A strategic thinker with excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and timelines
* Ability to inspire, lead and collaborate with internal teams
* Detail-focused, proactive and solutions-oriented
