Social Care Assistant role at Ach-an-Eas Care Home, Inverness. The team places residents at the heart of care, delivering high standards of support within a multidisciplinary setting.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care for residents and assist with activities of daily living.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
* SVQ 2 is desirable; training is provided and opportunities to progress within the team are encouraged.
* Staff must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to support other staff responsible for residents.
Employment details
* Shifts are on a rotational basis; enhancements are paid for weekend and out-of-hours work.
* This role does not meet eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
