Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors. The Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the full cost management lifecycle on a variety of projects – from early feasibility through to final account. You will work alongside top-tier clients and multidisciplinary teams, providing expert commercial advice and driving value throughout every stage of the process. Key Responsibilities: Full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and procurement strategies Managing contract administration and variations Delivering value engineering and cost-control solutions Advising clients on cost and risk management across various sectors About You Our client is ideally looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), however, they are open to considering experienced professionals who can demonstrate strong technical ability and a solid track record in a consultancy environment. Requirements: MRICS qualification preferred, or working towards chartership Proven experience in a consultancy or client-side role Strong understanding of NEC, JCT, or other standard forms of contract Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Why Apply?
