Senior Management Accountant L ocation: Harrogate (Hybrid – 3 days on-site) Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum Are you a driven and experienced Management Accountant looking to take full ownership of the month-end process in a dynamic and growing business? We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to join a well-established an environmental business based in Harrogate. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the month-end process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and insightful commentary Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of key control accounts Support budgeting and forecasting processes Business partner with departmental heads to provide financial insight and challenge Assist in year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation Identify process improvements and support system enhancements About You: Fully qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven experience of managing the full month-end process with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident communicator, able to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams Proficient with Excel and experience using modern ERP systems What’s on Offer: Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site in Harrogate) 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme and other standard benefits Supportive and collaborative working environment with real opportunities for development
