Support Worker rate standard £13.25 per hour - £14.57 (night shift enhanced rate included in here and enhanced rate for weekend work)
Weekend work the pay works out as an additional one hour paid per 7 hours worked
Sleep ins at the mount £55 per night

The position involves supporting young adults with learning disabilities and/ or autism and/ behaviours that challenge. Our care home is based in Yoxall Burton on Trent, this is a rural location it is essential applicants have access to their own transport.
Staff working in our care home work on a four week rolling rota working every other weekend. Shift patterns are flexible and are discussed upon interview. For example some staff work 3 double shifts and have the rest of the week off, others prefer single shifts.
Shifts consist of Early shifts, Late shifts and Night shifts again times are negotiable.
Early shifts are 8am to 3.15pm and late shifts are 3pm to 10pm.
Night shifts are 10pm - 8am.
No experience is necessary full training is provided. Most importantly staff must be flexible and support the individual person. The position involves supporting people with daily living. We are looking for dedicated, innovative, flexible and empathetic staff.
