Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to play a key role in supporting and leading activities across various projects and categories. Your responsibilities as Senior Procurement Officer will include:
* Managing complex projects and negotiations to ensure value for money and strong supplier performance.
* Supporting the development of sourcing strategies aligned with our environmental and social values.
* Using data and analysis for planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems.
* Supporting and sharing knowledge within the procurement team and stepping into leadership roles when needed to ensure progress.
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer with:
* Previous experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier engagement.
* ACIPS qualification (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of public procurement principles.
* A proactive and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to drive improvements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confidence in using digital tools and systems to support procurement activities.
