What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering 1st line technical support for all Group IT systems and services within agreed SLAs.
* Handling user issues and change requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Logging incidents, problems, and requests accurately using our service management tool.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
* Managing user accounts, hardware setups, and equipment delivery across locations.
* Providing user training and creating documentation when needed.
* Assisting with inventory management of IT assets and software licenses.
* Supporting the IT management team with ad hoc requests and tasks.
