Location: DEBRA Shop, Trowbridge
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time – 6 hours per week (typically Sundays, with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness during weekdays)
Pay: £12.21 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Operating tills and handling transactions
* Creating attractive displays and maintaining a tidy shop floor
* Sorting, pricing, and lifting donated stock
* Promoting Gift Aid and encouraging donations
* Supporting volunteers and assisting the Shop Manager
* Helping with stock movement and ensuring health & safety standards are met
What We're Looking For
* Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Flexible and dependable, especially for covering absences
* Positive, proactive, and passionate about helping others
