The CDM Principal Designer’s role
The CDM Principal Designer will deliver full Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations across a mix of commercial and residential projects. The position involves supporting clients from project inception, carrying out design risk reviews, and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout.
The CDM Principal Designer
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CDM role
* Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
* Relevant design or construction background
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* NEBOSH Construction or similar certification preferred
