Salary and benefits £25,000 - £28,000plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.
The role
You will be working to support our Guidance and Annuity Desk Resource Planning, undertaking a support function within our Adherence area you will perform a variety of activities ensuring best use of resource by working across a range of tasks, following established processes and identifying issues or areas for improvement. Working closely with our Consultants and Direct to Customer Managers to maximise available resource, supporting fair outcomes for our customers.
