Base pay range
HOMEBASED, UK | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £30,000-£45,000 basic + achievable bonus of up to £15,000 Potential Earnings: Up to £60,000 per annum

Role Overview
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will:
* Manage a caseload of 40-100 files based on experience.
* Handle sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions.
* Provide guidance and support to team members.
* Maintain the highest standards of service while meeting completion targets.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years’ experience in managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload.
* Strong IT literacy and experience with case management systems.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for seamless client interactions.
* A proven track record of working to targets and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
