Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust
Senior Pharmacy Digital Systems Technician
The closing date is 13 May 2026
Join one of the largest and most progressive NHS Trusts in the UK and play a key role in shaping the future of pharmacy services.
Our pharmacy teams across Southend, Basildon and Broomfield have worked collaboratively under a single Chief Pharmacist for several years, developing strong, standardised systems and innovative services. We are now taking this further as we support major clinical transformation across the Trust, including the implementation of a brand-new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
We are seeking a motivated, forward‑thinking Pharmacy Technician to join our expanding Pharmacy IT team. Based primarily at Southend Hospital, this role offers the opportunity to work across all three Mid and South Essex sites, providing variety, collaboration and professional development.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong IT skills, confident working independently while also contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence digital transformation, support patient care and be part of a service that values innovation and continuous improvement.
If you’re enthusiastic, adaptable and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help shape the future of pharmacy at MSE.
