Mendip Vale Medical Group (MVMG) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Health (OH) Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity comes as we continue to grow our Occupational Health portfolio across North Somerset, Bristol, and South Gloucestershire. In this role, you will work closely with our Occupational Health (OH) team to provide efficient and professional administrative support, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining high administrative standards and ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with SEQOHS (Safe, Effective, Quality Occupational Health Service) standards and principles.

Main duties of the job. The successful candidate will be expected to work as a self-directed administrator, playing a key role in the planning and organization of Occupational Health Services. Key aspects of the role include:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Occupational Health team.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential health records and databases.
* Scheduling appointments, clinics, and health surveillance activities.
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation.
* Communicating effectively with clients, employees, and healthcare professionals.
* Contributing to maintaining SEQOHS accreditation by ensuring all processes meet required standards.
