This role is ideal for a seasoned interim professional who is used to hitting the ground running and bringing structure, pace, and clarity to a busy finance team. What you'll be doing: Leading the day‑to‑day finance operations and month‑end close Strengthening controls, processes, and reporting frameworks Providing clear financial insight to senior stakeholders Supporting ongoing projects and operational improvements Managing and mentoring the finance team Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and best practice across the function What we're looking for: Proven track record as an Interim Financial Controller Strong technical accounting background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA desirable) Comfortable working on-site in Wiltshire Someone who thrives in fast‑paced change environments A confident communicator with strong leadership presence.
