As a Concierge, you'll enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether with a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle.
Our Concierges respond to enquiries, converting them into memberships. They are often the first point of contact for customers; you'll answer the phone, handle transactions, address queries, and participate in community outreach projects.
While learning with GLL, your role will include:
1. Being the first point of contact for customers
2. Answering incoming calls
3. Handling transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
4. Managing membership enquiries and sales
5. Delivering excellent customer service
6. Responding to customer queries
7. Setting up equipment
8. Supporting your team daily by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities and maintaining the centre's cleanliness
9. Attending and participating in apprenticeship workshops, meetings, and reviews
10. Meeting all training and qualification deadlines in coordination with your tutor and manager

At GLL, you will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 qualification over 15 months.
