We are working with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice, known for its welcoming, collaborative, and positive studio culture, to find a talented Interior Architect to join their London team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual ready to take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality interior architecture schemes across workplace environments.
The Role
You will act as a Project Lead, taking responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and successful delivery of interior architecture projects. Working across all RIBA stages, you’ll be involved from initial briefing through to completion, ensuring design intent and quality are maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage interior architecture projects from concept through to handover
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Produce and manage RIBA stage reports
* Develop spatial planning and design solutions in response to project briefs
* Prepare detailed specification schedules (lighting, finishes, sanitaryware, joinery)
* Monitor project budgets, resources, and programme timelines
* Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
* Contribute to pitches and proposals, representing the studio professionally
About You
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards
* Experience across all RIBA stages, particularly in workplace, CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
* Confident managing multiple stakeholders and project deliverables
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential
