Job Advert We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Decontamination Operative to join the team within our West Sussex Community Equipment Service Centre based in Littlehampton. Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life. About the role: * Stock management including labelling and logging of equipment * Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist with the installers * Logging special orders and communicating receipts to the customer services team * Updating of order and stock systems with use of scanner * Quarantine, sterilise and re-pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented, logged and filed * Decontamination of community equipment * Day to day efficient running of the warehouse and decon areas * Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including in some cases repairs of equipment including PAT testing * You will be required to participate in an ad-hoc weekend rota * You may be required to assist the field-based Installation Technicians on occasion What are we looking for? * Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable however full training will be provided * Computer literate – previous experience of using stock management systems would be advantageous * Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliers * Keen to develop within the role and company * Hard working, driven and motivated * Full UK driving licence is preferred What can we offer you? * £25,468.10 per annum * Monday to Friday 05:00-13:30 and 1 in every 5 Saturdays on a rota basis * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) plus optional 5 unpaid days * Company Pension Scheme * Life Assurance * Support and training to develop your skills and excel your career with us * A rewards scheme – 200 exclusive perks and discounts from leading retailers and leisure outlets Our ambition at Millbrook Healthcare is to become the leading provider in the assisted living sector whilst ensuring our core company values ‘CARES’ remain unchanged.
