Job Description
A successful global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with projects experience.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ EA/Business Partner experience with a mix of project management and EA support at C suite level. Your experience will be from either from executive search or financial services.
Duties will include:
* EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
* Extensive scheduling of meetings, interviews and appointments
* Project management, liaising with clients.
* Complex diary management.
* Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
* Updating a complex database.
* Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.

Hours are 9am to 5.30pm
The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Salary 55K to 58K plus amazing benefits.
