Your new role
As an Employment Tax Manager, you’ll join our growing tax team and deliverplex, high-quality employment tax advice to a wide range of clients and internal colleagues. This is a client-facing role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing advisory services across all areas of employment tax, including HMRC enquiries, employment status/IR35, National Minimum Wage, and CIS
2. Supporting wider tax projects such as due diligence, CCO, and SAO reviews
3. Managing scope and budgets for projects and briefing team members effectively
4. Delivering technical updates and training to clients and internal teams
5. Contributing to business development through networking, proposals, and client relationship management
6. Delegating work to junior colleagues and supporting their development
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong technical experience in employment tax, ideally at Manager level or ready to step up
8. Previous experience working in practice
9. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
