Position: Junior Electrical Service Engineer
Location: Northampton with travel to customer sites
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience
Junior Electrical Service Engineer required a design and installer of ventilation systems across several industries including Aerospace, Motorsport, Education sector, Defence, Nuclear, and Renewables. Responsible to the Service Manager and Operations Director, the role is to support the Fitting team with installation of industrial bespoke extraction systems as well as electrical control systems.
Junior Electrical Service Engineer Job Overview
Assist with installation, maintenance and testing of extraction and electrical control systems on customer's premises.
Electrical fault-finding of control systems
Completing documentation relating to completed works
Maintaining stocks of standard parts and spare parts on the company vehicle.
Ensuring all tools and equipment used are maintained in good working order.
Junior Electrical Service Engineer Job Requirements
A knowledge of electrical controls systems and fault-finding is essential
An understanding of LEV systems or industry qualifications such as BOHS 601 certification is desirable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Based in a commutable distance of Northampton, and willing to travel to customer sites
Full UK driving License
Junior Electrical Service Engineer Salary & Benefits
Starting salary £30,000- £35,000
Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.00 and Friday 08.00-15.00
31 days of holiday including statutory bank holidays, increasing with length of service
