Join Our Team as a fixed-term cover Clinical Trial Manager and make a real impact. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality trial management for an ongoing study within our Cancer trial portfolio. Every trial we conduct is designed to improve patient outcomes and answer research questions that improve people's lives.

EDITH is a major UK initiative designed to enhance breast cancer screening through the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The trial will assess how AI can support radiologists in detecting breast cancer earlier and more accurately. By potentially replacing one of the two mammography readers currently required, it could help free up valuable resources within the NHS. The study will involve a sample size of 660,000 women and will be fully integrated into the National Breast Screening System (NBSS).

As Cover Clinical Trial Manager for EDITH, you'll be an instrumental member of the trial team and a vital part in its success, while the current Clinical Trial Manager goes on maternity leave.

The role will be pivotal in driving site set up, with a particular focus on collaborating with sites and their IT teams to ensure seamless integration across multiple systems, including a digital platform. Strong communication across all relevant team roles will be essential to the success of this work.

* Leading the day-to-day management of the EDITH study, including establishing research site teams and ensuring they have all the relevant training approvals and documentation in place.
* Taking responsibility for the preparations and submission of ethical and regulatory submissions and amendments.
* Overseeing and implementation of key trial processes, including the supervision of other members of the trial team.
* Confidently presenting at meetings and producing accurate progress reports.
* Fostering relationships and engaging with collaborators
* Motivating others to help identify and remove barriers to recruitment and ensure the successful delivery of the study.
