About the Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and share meaningful moments. This role offers varied and rewarding tasks, from helping residents with food and drink and following care plans, to spending one‑to‑one time with each resident.
