About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations Administrator with strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role that combines office-based administration with on-site, outdoor activity. Physical fitness is essential, as the position involves moving across a large site, entering and driving vehicles safely and relocating items as required.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Accurately update all relevant systems with correct vehicle records and information.
* Ensure all vehicles and items are stored securely and in the correct designated locations.
* Support general administrative and inventory processes by completing ad hoc duties as required.
* Follow all health and safety procedures, actively promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others.
* Drive vehicles professionally and in full compliance with site rules and health & safety regulations.
* Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional manner when interacting with customers and colleagues.
* Drive any vehicle as instructed by your line manager, in line with your licence entitlements.
* Complete quality control checks within agreed timeframes to uphold high operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and instructions to colleagues.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Resilience under pressure, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment.
* Comfortable using handheld and tablet technology to support operational processes.
* Confident in basic computer systems and preferably familiar with CAMS.
* A good working knowledge of basic health, safety, and environmental (HSE) legislation.
