Following a period of significant growth, and continued investment in new state-of-the-art machinery to further strengthen our digital capabilities, we are now looking to expand our commercial team.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking and commercially driven Business Development Manager to:
* Develop new business opportunities within the digital labels market
* Account manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
* Sell high-quality digital label solutions across multiple sectors
* Cross-sell wider group capabilities including flexo labels, digital pouches and cartons from other Asteria sites
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
* Build long-term partnerships with manufacturers and brand owners
* Work closely with production and technical teams to deliver exceptional service
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
This role offers genuine progression within a growing site backed by a major European packaging group.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Ambitious, energetic and target-driven
* Proactive and hardworking with a strong new business mindset
* Confident in managing both new business development and account management
* Experienced in B2B sales (labels, print or packaging experience preferred)
* Commercially aware with excellent relationship-building skills
* Comfortable selling value and technical solutions
* In possession of a full UK driving licence
Experience within digital labels, flexographic print or packaging would be advantageous, but we welcome ambitious sales professionals ready to grow within a progressive business.
