Requirements: If you have five years of recruitment experience OR onw year of recruitment experience with a relevant university degree (HR or business studies), you can qualify for a sponsorship visa. In addition to this, you will need a solid understanding of the recruitment agency industry and a passion for people, sales, business and high performance.
