People & Culture Business Partner – Mortgage Advice Bureau
Location: Hybrid (Bolton office 3 days per week)
Contract: 12‑month FTC (Full‑time or Part‑time considered)
Salary: £60,000–£65,000

What You’ll Do
* Lead the creation of a new operating model for Fluent, aligned with MAB Group’s vision.
* Partner with business leaders to integrate key teams and foster cultural cohesion.
* Use data‑driven insights to improve engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
* Design and deliver management development programmes that build leadership capability.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR professional in a commercial setting.
* Expertise in organisational design, change management and integration projects.
* Strategic thinker who thrives in high‑growth, evolving environments.
* Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
* Confident leveraging data and insights to inform decisions at a senior level.
* Solution‑focused with a positive outlook.
Recruitment Process
* Screening call with our TA Manager.
* Competency‑based interview via Teams with the hiring manager.
* Competency‑based interview and presentation at our Bolton office with the hiring manager and a team member.
