About the Role Were looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing teams, and ensuring strong client relationships, while maintaining compliance with health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Ensure cleaning services meet client specifications and company standards
Conduct regular audits and implement improvements
Lead, recruit, and develop cleaning teams
Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling
Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Monitor service delivery using systems (e.g. Timegate)
Support operational delivery, including hands-on cleaning where required
About You - Essential: Experience in contracts management or supervisory roles within cleaning or FM
Proven experience managing multi-site teams
Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and Health & Safety
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confident managing performance and client relationships
Experience with workforce/time management systems
Desirable:
IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification
Experience in education, healthcare, or large contracts
Knowledge of cleaning technologies and specialist equipment
