Litigation Executive
Location–We are based in the North-West of the UK, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds & Southport, although we offer hybrid working, allowing employees to work from home and attend the office for collaboration.

Our Clinical Negligence Department:
We are one of the largest Clinical Negligence departments in the UK, with over 200 team members. We handle all forms of clinical negligence, including high-severity injuries caused by medical mistakes. Our team includes professionals accredited by APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
What we are looking for:
Newly qualified to Grade A Solicitors/Chartered Legal Executives (or equivalent experience) to join our successful and growing teams.
The ideal candidates would have:
Experience handling Clinical Negligence cases at all stages, including trial preparation.
