Role: Teaching Assistant
Schedule: Full Time

Location: Huyton (L36)
Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking to appoint a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a warm and inclusive primary school in Huyton. The school has a strong sense of community, and a nurturing ethos rooted in respect, faith, and high aspirations for all pupils. With a focus on developing the whole child, the school offers a rich and engaging curriculum and a supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is desirable, and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team is essential. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young learners.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Work closely with class teachers to support children's learning across the curriculum
* Provide support to pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
* Be patient, approachable, and supportive in your interactions with pupils
* Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Help plan and deliver tailored learning activities to meet individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
