Salary: £20.00 – £22.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to join a supportive and well-established team? We’re recruiting a Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) for our friendly, family-run nursing home in Addlestone.
Our 60-bedded service, spread across multiple floors, specialises in elderly frail, palliative, and complex care. We pride ourselves on providing person-centred care in a homely, caring environment – and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality nursing care.

🩺 Responsibilities:
* Delivering high standards of nursing care in line with individual care plans
* Administering medication and treatments safely and effectively
* Monitoring and managing residents’ conditions
* Working closely with residents’ families and healthcare professionals
* Supporting care staff with clinical guidance and training
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
* Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times
✅ Requirements:
* NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid PIN
* Experience in elderly or complex care preferred
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Compassionate and person-centred approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
