HR Business Partner - 12 Month FTC

Loom Talent are fortunate enough to be partnering with a busy FMCG organisation, recruiting for a HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave.
The business of c10,000 employees across the UK are looking for a safe pair of hands to join them on an interim basis to support one of their business units of c400 employees from an operational HR perspective.
The Role
* Act as a trusted HR partner to site based key stakeholders, ensuring HR best practise on employee relations issues.
* Partner with Managers to support workforce development and succession planning, while ensuring recruitment activity aligns with operational requirements and longer-term business objectives.
* Advice on HR policies and update processes to ensure the function is fit for purpose.
* Manage projects such as employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activity and management coaching.
* Responsible for change initiatives, including TUPE, restructures and cultural implications.
About you
* Minimum of 3 years' experience at a similar level as a HR Business Partner
* Experience of working within a blue collar environment - logistics, manufacturing, distribution etc
* Comfortable with being onsite building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
