About The Role The Role Based at The Northern Ireland Boys Brigade Headquarters, in Culcavy, the Admin Assistant will report to the Engagement and Training Manager. This role involves a variety of duties which will include switchboard duties, welcoming and supporting visitors, general administrative duties, preparing and assisting with the production of correspondence in line with branding guidelines, arranging committee meetings and assisting with events. A full job description is available to download. Hours of work 35 hours per week distributed Monday to Friday 9am 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
