Role purpose
As an Account Director at Iyuno you will be accountable for your clients; developing and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. You are accountable for the successful delivery of client projects, and a point of escalation for any issues, working to ensure that Iyuno delivers high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations. You drive strategic growth in our client accounts.
Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Collaborate, build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your client, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide them with excellent solutions
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage professional account managers, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with Iyuno’s objectives.
* Client orders: Oversee and understand all client order requests and PO’s and communicate effectively to Service Delivery. Act as a senior point of escalation and collaborate with the client and Service Delivery teams on any operational issues to ensure the clients' interests are represented and met.
* Client Satisfaction: Monitor and assess client satisfaction regularly, addressing concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client retention. Monitor any client systems to ensure correct data capture and progress.
* Cross functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (business development, sales enablement, Pricing and forecasting, Marketing, Contract management, Service delivery, Operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects to clients.
* Business development: Identify and exploit any opportunities for upselling and cross selling services. Assist in acquiring new clients with the business development team.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance, and margins on accounts using reporting and insights for clients to demonstrate value and impact.
* Contract Renewals: Conduct contract renewals and negotiation processes, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the company and the client.
* Pricing management: Oversee quote creation and revision. Obtain quote approvals and oversee quote delivery. Collaborate with the pricing and bid teams to ensure effective negotiation, RFP’s and pricing of projects.
* Budget Management: Oversee account budgets and updates to regular cadence forecasting, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations. Oversee any billing or PO issues.
* Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Skills and experience required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience in account management, client operations, or sales (5+ years preferred).
* Proven track record in managing high value accounts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client concerns effectively.
