Location: Billingham or Worksop
Hours: 37.5hrs per week - Office based
Salary range: From £55,000 (dependent on experience)

️ What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge control and automation solutions for a wide range of industrial clients. From concept through to commissioning, you'll be involved every step of the way.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Actively participating in the whole life cycle of delivering projects, from start to finish.
2. Fostering great relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
3. Producing design and test documentation.
4. Developing PLC, DCS, HMI and SCADA software, including platforms such as Siemens PCS 7 and Rockwell PlantPAx.
5. Performing testing with customers.
6. Carrying out on-site commissioning.
7. Compiling training manuals and running customer training sessions.
What You Bring
8. A strong understanding and experience with major brands of PLC, DCS and SCADA/HMI platforms, including Siemens PCS 7 and PlantPAx, with an appetite to learn new technologies.
9. Experience writing software and working with customers to deliver projects.
10. Good understanding of setting up, commissioning, and fault finding of industrial networks (Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet) preferred, but not essential.
11. Experience working in an engineering environment.
12. An appetite to be the lead engineer on projects and learn new technologies when required.
