Job Description Summary
This is a full‑time role based in either Abingdon, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Chester, Bristol, Hove, Newport or Exeter.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate with colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group and our partners to deliver seamless service.
* Handle important administrative tasks with precision, ensuring every detail is managed and risks are mitigated.
* Work independently and as part of our dynamic Fiduciary services team to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications
* Experience in bereavement support or related field is desirable.
* Strong communication and empathy skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks.
* Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
