Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continued growth, we're now looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance our Creative team!
We’re a team of 65+ across Bath, London and New York, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading campaigns.
What you'll be doing
* Capture social-first video content—from lo-fi TikToks to polished brand films—for both organic and paid social campaigns.
* Self-shoot on location handling camera, lighting and sound setups to a professional standard, alongside the support of our Creative team - shooting both camera & mobile.
* Shoot for a variety of clients, from fast-growth scale-ups to well-known household brands, tailoring style and tone to each brief.
* Edit and deliver engaging video assets, including short-form, vertical and platform-specific formats, with quick turnarounds when needed.
* Keep a creative eye on trends, visual styles and transitions, ensuring every project feels current and optimised for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
* Manage and maintain camera kit—from prepping gear before shoots to ensuring everything is in top working order afterwards.
* Collaborate with the wider agency team, sharing ideas and contributing to brainstorms for upcoming campaigns.
* Travel for shoots and adapt to different environments, schedules and client needs.
You’ll report to our Midweight Videographer & Editor within the Bath office.
Requirements
* You have 1+ years of industry experience in videography.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create both lo-fi and high-production social video content.
* Confident in self-shooting: operating cameras, setting up lighting, and recording audio independently.
* Skilled in shooting a variety of content formats, including short-form, vertical video, and branded campaigns.
* Comfortable collaborating with Social Creatives, Art Directors, and wider creative teams to bring concepts to life.
* Proficiency in industry-standard camera equipment (e.g. Sony, Canon, or equivalent) and supporting gear.
* Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and sound for social-first content.
* Working knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar), Frame.io and basic colour grading.
* Good time-management and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* A creative eye and strong sense of current social media trends and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
* Willingness to travel for shoots and work flexible hours when required.
* UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Salary
£27,500 to £31,000
