Salary: £37,868 – £39,851 per annum (in line with Teacher Pay Scales - M1)

About the Role
Teach Key Stage 2 pupils in a supportive and well-resourced primary phase
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the school’s “progress for all” ethos
Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, LSAs, and specialist staff
Adapt high-quality planning and schemes of work to meet cohort needs
Support pupils with SEND alongside a strong inclusion and pastoral team
Outstanding ECT Support
Weekly mentor meetings with trained ECT mentors
Bespoke coaching from SLT and phase leaders
Team-teaching, modelling, and follow-up support when needed
A whole-school coaching approach – supportive, not tick-box
Clear ethos: “We don’t want anyone to fail”
Requirements
Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
Be an Early Career Teacher with a strong interest in Key Stage 2
Demonstrate secure subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
Show a genuine commitment to inclusive practice, particularly supporting pupils with SEND
Be reflective, open to feedback, and keen to engage fully with a coaching-led ECT programme

Salary will be determined in line with the Outer London Main Pay Scale and aligned to the Early Career Teacher (ECT) pay range (M1–M2). The role is suitable for ECTs, with salary awarded at M1.
