We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Construction Site Administrator to work as part of our Projects team.

Location
The Construction Site Administrator will be based at our project in Glasgow, Scotland.
Responsibilities
Project support including:
* Uploading project documentation to the client platform, from Asite.
* Auditing Asite ensuring project documentation meets the required standard and follows the Asite Filing Structure Manual (AFSM).
* Supporting projects with the creation and implementation of working processes and task-specific WGLL.
* Collating required content for the Project O&M Manual.
* Participating and supporting the project teams in project and programme planning and progress meetings; taking meeting minutes where required.
* Ensuring all project daily diaries and HSE Briefings are closed out for the previous week.
* Conducting audits of the Project Document Management System (Asite) to ensure it is utilised by the project team and follows the Asite Filing Structure Manual.
* Ensuring all safety paperwork is completed, returned and uploaded to Asite within expected timeframes; ensuring the client receives copies weekly.
* Uploading delivery tickets to Asite and managing the return of delivery notes from Slingers.
* Daily distribution of Build Packs; weekly safety paperwork distribution; order and allocation of PPE; site inductions management.
* Populating site office noticeboards with information; keeping noticeboards up to date with the latest information.
* Supporting on addendums to Method Statements, and managing site personnel accommodation and utility bills.
* Booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments, site passes, and parking; supporting absence management via PCE’s absence email; working with HR to support site employees on the use of The Hub, Excelys and Office365.
* Managing all site IT equipment and phones; managing stock of stationery, cleaning equipment and other site office items; supporting the receipt of non-Asite related deliveries.
* Collating Right to Work documents as required for subcontract labour; coordinating all required site inductions and visitor PPE.
* Managing the closedown of site office regarding return of all PCE-owned items; ensuring stock of all stationary equipment is acceptable, including required office refreshments.
* Setting up MSite Mini on site at the start of a project; adding new employees/subcontractors to site; sending induction links project specific.
* Daily audit to ensure everyone on site is signed in; removal of leavers; monthly auditing of competencies, medicals and Right to Work.
* Key external relationship: ensuring the client experience of project management/admin is a positive one and representing PCE in a professional manner at all times.
