Job Description
This Compliance Manager role is based in Reading and sits as part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance team. The role involves:
3. Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies aligned with industry regulations.
4. Monitor and assess compliance risks to ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
5. Provide guidance and advice on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
6. Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues effectively.
9. Deliver training programmes to promote awareness of compliance responsibilities.

11. Knowledge of GDPR, Ofcom, competition and ABAC regulatory landscapes useful
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Manager based in Reading, it should have:
