We’re currently looking for a CAD Officer to support our Building Services team by producing detailed mechanical and electrical (MEP) drawings across a variety of projects and locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our technical documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to project teams and stakeholders. What You'll Do * Produce accurate and detailed MEP and layout drawings to support change initiatives across projects. * Collaborate closely with project teams to capture technical changes and update drawings accordingly. * Maintain and audit technical libraries, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. * Conduct site surveys and measurements to support drawing accuracy. * Log and update work records to meet KPI requirements. * Interpret service drawings and written/verbal instructions to deliver high-quality CAD outputs. * Ensure all drawings adhere to Skanska CAD standards and QA procedures. What We’re Looking For * 1–2 years of experience in a CAD/drawing office using AutoCAD. * City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in 2D Computer-Aided Design (or equivalent). * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Strong time management skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. * Willingness to learn across different building services disciplines. * Ability to travel occasionally to other UK project locations. * Eligibility for DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance – You must be a UK citizen and have lived in the UK continuously for the past 10 years.
