Typical working hours:

* Weekends: Most shifts will include Saturdays and Sundays.

The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
* Set up and run the breakfast service independently, from laying tables to presenting the buffet and taking à-la-carte orders.
* Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service smooth and timely.
* Greet and look after guests, anticipating needs and handling any requests with a smile.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the morning.
* Complete daily stock checks and simple record-keeping before handing over to the lunch team.
* Provide consistent level of service to customers as per Company standards.
* Liaise with the Head Chef as to food/restaurant service and all aspects involving the kitchen brigade.
* Ensure all Company standards are met regarding Health and Safety, COSHH, Security and fire regulations.
* Provide continuous training to help maintain a consistent high level of service.
* Previous front-of-house or senior waiting experience, ideally in a hotel or similar setting.
* Comfortable working mostly solo while staying organised and calm under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and a natural flair for friendly, attentive service.
* Reliable early riser who enjoys creating a positive start to the day for guests.
* Knowledge of basic food-safety standards.
