About The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will span from processing staff expenses and vendor invoices to managing SAP vendor and employee master data. You'll also handle reconciliations, asset management, period-end tasks, and support internal and external audits. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including procurement, to ensure seamless financial workflows across multiple regions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
* Knowledge of systems like SAP, Concur, and Coupa is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in liaising across international teams.
* A proactive attitude, ownership of responsibilities, and passion for delivering high-quality work.
* Solid computer literacy, particularly with Excel.
* Fluency in business English.
