As a Senior Children s Worker, you will: Take a lead role in the day-to-day running of the service Support and guide your team to provide the highest standard of care Be a keyworker for identified children, supporting their care plans and goals Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues Plan activities that promote confidence, independence, and fun Manage medication, finances, and ensure safe working practices Represent the service at reviews and meetings Support the personal and professional development of the staff team Be a positive role model, promoting good practice every day What do you need to apply?
