We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support initiatives that enhance day-to-day brand standards and elevate the overall guest experience across one of the worlds largest quick service restaurant (QSR) companies.ABOUT YOUWe are seeking someone who has deep knowledge and experience of brand standards within an international QSR Brand. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence by driving consistency, supporting audit programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement improvements across restaurant operations.Key activities:Successful implementation of any new restaurant protocols across multiple EMEA marketsSuccessful implementation of operations initiativesDriving improvement in overall restaurant score & sub-metricsIn-depth data analysis trendingClosely working with multiple EMEA markets to drive improvementsCalibration data analysis, and multiple EMEA market meetingsQuality check analysis, trends and data analysisRestaurant round completion data analysis, and highlightsFailed restaurant data analysis, by type, countryAuditor survey data analysis, by type, country, response rates, and auditor trendsScoring accuracy of any newly implemented restaurant audit questionsInvoicing analysisAssist in developing and implementing OPS improvement initiativesGather best practices from all EMEA brands and markets for specific projects and propose solutions for the identified issuesIdentify and understand issues, create a root cause analysis, and define action plans and frameworks for any identified issues within the programAssist in the creation of Operations Policies, Procedures, Toolkits & Training Materials for any issues identify if requiredSupport with maintaining operations manuals for all brandsWHAT WE OFFERJoin Intertek and become part of our global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.
