Pay: £13.00
Contract: zero-hours contract
Responsibilities
* Support a client who enjoys walks, pub lunches, dancing, music, and day trips.
* Enjoy a dedicated daily break while remaining present in the home.
* Be part of a small, close‑knit support team.
What We Offer
* Comprehensive training – online and classroom‑based.
* Support to achieve NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care.
* Ongoing guidance from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.
* Access to the Sonderwell Carer App for schedules, updates, and resources.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour.
* Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable personality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Calm under pressure and confident in managing behavioural challenges.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
About The Client
* Adult with learning disabilities and autism.
* May exhibit challenging behaviour.
* Enjoys social activities, music, and staying active in the community.
