Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Projects Engineer to deliver modern technology solutions across a diverse customer base in multiple industry sectors. This role focuses on technical implementation and offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement solutions in line with technical designs and project delivery plans, both remotely and on client sites
* Create technical project plans, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
* Lead customer interactions during project delivery and provide initial support during warranty periods
* Ensure smooth handover to support teams and transfer knowledge effectively
* Conduct quality assurance activities on projects implemented by other team members
* Manage workload to meet delivery timeframes and maintain compliance with company procedures and regulations
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience working within a projects environment (internal or MSP)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Exchange Online, and M365
* Understanding of M365 Identity and Access, including Conditional Access and MFA
* Background in traditional Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage workload effectively
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Desired Qualities
* Experience in ISO-9001, ISO-27001, and Cyber Essentials certified organisations
* Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service operations
* Exposure to project delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies
* Knowledge of modern approaches to cybersecurity
