Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance - Salesforce
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £47,263 per annum (£52,238 per annum after 12 months in role, subject to performance)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Hybrid
Location: Speke, Liverpool
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the Salesforce QA team, focusing on end-to-end test service to ensure solutions meet requirements.
* Coordinate, conduct test analysis, and prepare and execute enhancement and regression testing within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on customer and colleague experience.
* Develop and manage the end-to-end test strategy for Salesforce, aligning with TRG, product and industry testing standards.
* Support and embed the organisation’s QA Practice, Centre of Excellence standards, and QA governance framework.
* Lead development of test strategy and plans, test scenarios, test cases, environment specifications, and defect management approach.
* Take ownership of test reports and completion documentation for each project and release plan.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, provide guidance, and support the Quality Assurance Lead within Digital & Technology and the User Acceptance Testing Team.
* Promote the use and expansion of automated testing within the Salesforce ecosystem and support regression test suites to enable continuous integration and minimize defects.
* Ensure information security and data protection requirements are met in accordance with policy and statutory requirements.
* Contribute to governance forums and provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify and manage risks and issues during the project lifecycle and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.

Essential
* Proven experience in technical leadership and people management within a product or platform environment.
* Strong experience in product testing, industry standards and best practice.
* Experience supporting Salesforce in medium to large-scale implementations.
* Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery approaches.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, testing, and release management.
* Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, squad-based teams.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, problem solving, and prioritisation skills.
* Experience leading a team in integration test execution.
* Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills across the business.
* Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence others.
* Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities.
* Analytical, with ability to provide meaningful management information and drive continuous improvement.
* Commercial awareness and willingness to drive change.
