We are looking for a commercially focussed HR Business Partner to partner with our Commercial & Marketing function, supporting growth, brand performance and organisational effectiveness in a fast-paced, externally facing environment. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll combine strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving impactful people initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead HR partner for Commercial & Marketing, building trusted relationships with leaders and managers Translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable people plans aligned to business strategy Deliver workforce planning aligned to growth plans, budgets and commercial priorities Support organisational design, providing insight and challenge on structure, capability and team effectiveness Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure aligned and sustainable headcount planning Lead performance management activity, driving clarity, accountability and high performance Coach leaders on people management, feedback and performance conversations to build capability Own end-to-end employee relations casework, managing issues fairly and in line with UK employment law Support and lead people aspects of change initiatives, including restructures and growth Use people data and engagement insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, improving employee experience Skills, Knowledge and Expertise CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience), with Level 7 desirable Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment (F1 or similar highly valued) Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management and workforce planning Experience influencing and supporting senior leaders in decision-making Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change and transformation Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business performance Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge constructively Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to generate insight and inform decisions Benefits Investing in your career is paramount.
