The Boathouse features a unique location on the River Medway, near the quaint village of Yalding, Maidstone. Its rural, contemporary waterside restaurant and al fresco dining area provide an ideal setting for everything from quick bites to family meals, working lunches, and private parties.
We recognize that an excellent Sous Chef is essential for a successful kitchen. In this role, you will support the Head Chef, deputize in their absence, and help develop the kitchen team to deliver efficient, high-quality food service to our customers.
