Our respected client, a long-standing partner of the UK Ministry of Defence, is currently seeking an Occupational Health (OH) Admin Support professional. This position primarily focuses on OH administration (approximately 80%), including management of the Cohort occupational health database, generating statistical reports, and supporting the OH Manager and wider OH team with document filing and Excel-based tracking.
The role may occasionally require travel to the Stevenage site for document scanning. Candidates residing near other MBDA locations may also be considered.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
* Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
* Minimum educational requirement: A-levels and 5 GCSEs (grades AC); a degree or BTEC in Business Administration is desirable
* Proven experience in customer service and administrative or secretarial roles
* Skilled in accurate minute-taking and maintaining professional communication
* Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
* Able to work collaboratively within a team and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about promoting proactive health and wellbeing
* Previous experience in Occupational Health administration is desirable
